In November 2016 I adventured on a trip to Okana, Kenya, to volunteer in a community centre and work closely with locals.

With my photos I documented the two weeks I’ve spent there, with the intention to be the least intrusive and to capture an authentic overview of this experience.

The photographic medium helped me to unfold conversations with workers and children. This allowed me to portray the community in a thrustful way.
